Bemidji MN

The base data was from MNDoT, which I've found to be fairly up-to-date, and the quality of the linework is acceptable. Additionally, I was able to use data from the City, which had more recent city limits and a few newer roads. I used USGS topos and Terraserver imagery for building footprints.
