US 206 was commissioned in 1934, and it has run between Milford and Hammonton ever since. You can view photos from Milford on this page.
The south end of US 206 is at its junction with US 30 (or White Horse Pike) in Hammonton. It comes in on Trenton Road and aligns with 12th Street (NJ hwy. 54) at US 30. Below is the signage approaching the terminus:

The road continues past US 30, but south of that point it's designated NJ 54. The photo below was taken from westbound US 30:

The south beginning of US 206 is to the right. It's a little more complicated from eastbound US 30, because no turns are allowed at the intersection. Instead, US 206 traffic is directed to the south, along with NJ 54:

Then you make a left turn onto northbound NJ 54...
